Gut Boosting Protein Smoothie

I created this recipe using digestion-boosting, nutrient-rich ingredients to give your gut and entire body all the goodness it needs, while tasting as good as a waistline friendly Haagen-Dazs milkshake!
This smoothie isn’t just delicious; it’s a total nutritional powerhouse! Packed with 30g of protein, fibre, antioxidants, omega-3’s, vitamins, minerals, and even probiotics.
It’s the ultimate fuel for a healthy gut, while also helping to build muscle mass, boost immunity, fight inflammation, give glowing skin, and keep you full and satisfied for hours.
It’s perfect for a light, yet incredibly filling breakfast, a mid-afternoon pick-me-up, or a post-workout refuel.

Recipe:
Serves 1
70g frozen chopped spinach 3/4 cup ice cubes 1 scoop (30g)plant-based vanilla protein powder(I love this one) 1/2 tbsp ground flaxseeds 2 Medjool dates 1 tsp granulated sweetener(e.g. stevia or xylitol) 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon ¼ tsp ground ginger Pinch salt (1/4 tsp) 1/2 – 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
Place the frozen spinach & ice in a blender. Blend until ice is fully crushed. Add the remaining ingredients & blend for several minutes on the high speed until completely smooth. Pour into a large glass, serve with a straw, enjoy!!
